Does HBO use or share my personal information?

Your privacy is important to us. The WarnerMedia Privacy Policy outlines for you what information we collect, how we use it, and where and how we share it. Our Privacy Policy is available at HBO.com/privacy-policy.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

California residents can stop the sharing of personal information with third parties using the 'Do Not Sell My Personal Information' option in settings. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to the HBO app on TiVo.
  2. Choose the Profile icon (upper-right corner).
  3. Choose Do Not Sell My Personal Information.
  4. Choose or toggle the Turn off data sharing option.

This change will take effect the next time you start the HBO app. To have the change take effect immediately, close and reopen the HBO app.

California residents can also submit a Do Not Sell privacy request on the WarnerMedia Privacy Center. Submitting a Do Not Sell privacy request affects data already collected from all WarnerMedia products and services (not just HBO). To learn more, go to warnermediaprivacy.com and choose the 'Learn how to stop your information from being sold' option.

Note  HBOGO.com is no longer available. If your provider supports HBO Max, you can sign in at HBOMax.com or on any supported device.
