If you're experiencing sign in issues or seeing a '500 error' message, do the following:

  1. Restart the HBO GO app.
  2. Clear the device cache, if applicable.
  3. Turn your device off and then back on again.
  4. Trying signing in again.

Important  Make sure you enter your DIRECTV NOW email and password when signing in to HBO GO. Any other sign-in credentials (e.g. AT&T Watch TV or DIRECTV Everywhere), will not sign into HBO GO.
