'Device Not Supported' message when signing in

If you get a 'Device Not Supported' message when signing in to HBO GO, it means your TV provider doesn't support HBO GO on the device that you're using. Not all TV providers support HBO GO on all devices.

If you get the 'Device Not Supported' message, go to our Supported devices page and see if you have another device that you can use with HBO GO.

You can also contact your TV provider and ask them to support HBO GO on your device.
