Troubleshoot video playback with Adobe Flash Player

Adobe Flash Player is needed to play videos at for the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer (on Windows 8.1 and earlier)
  • Safari version 9 or 10

If you can't play videos at, try the following:

Step 1: Update your browser and Adobe Flash Player

Update Adobe Flash Player

  • Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed and enabled. To do this, go to Adobe Flash Player Help and choose Check Now. Allow Flash for the website.

Step 2: Clear the cache and reopen your browser

  1. Clear your browser's cache. To find out how to do this, search for 'clear cache' in your browser's help.
  2. Close and reopen your browser.
  3. Sign in at and try playing a video.

Step 3: Browser configuration

Check your browser configuration:

  • Make sure third-party cookies are enabled.
  • Disable ad-blocking software.
  • Turn off private browsing or incognito mode.
  • Disable browser plug-ins and add-ons.

Then, close and reopen your browser before trying to play video again at

Step 4: Adjust your Adobe Flash settings

Adjust your Adobe Flash Player settings by doing the following: 

  1. Sign in to, start playing a video, and then select Pause.
  2. Right-click on the paused video, and then select Settings.
  3. On the Display tab, clear the Enable hardware acceleration check box.
  4. Choose Close.

Step 5: Clear the Adobe Flash cache

Clear the Adobe Flash Player cache by doing the following:

  1. Right-click on the paused video again, and then select Global Settings.
  2. Under Settings Manager, select Website Storage Settings panel.
  3. Select Delete all sites and, when prompted, select Confirm.
  4. Close and reopen your browser.
  5. Go back to and try playing a video again.

If these steps don't help, try using another browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
