'We're sorry video cannot be played at this time' message on Android TV

If you're experiencing intermittent video playback issues, a slow or inconsistent network connection could be the cause. HBO GO requires a very solid internet connection while streaming video. HBO GO will adjust video quality based on the strength of your network connection. 

 

To check your connection speed, go to speakeasy.net/speedtest. For streaming video, you need an Internet connection speed of 3.0 Mbps or greater. We suggest contacting your Internet service provider if you continue to experience video playback issues.
