My TV provider merged with another provider and now I can't sign in. What can I do?

In some cases, your TV provider will create a new account or change your existing account when changing their service. If this happens you'll need to create a new HBO GO profile and choose a new HBO GO ID. Unfortunately, we can't transfer your profile to your new account.

Your HBO GO ID is a display name and is not used to sign in to HBO GO.

The username and password that you use to sign in to HBO GO are set by your TV provider. If you don't know your username or password, contact your TV provider. HBO does not have access to this information.
