I can't sign in to HBO GO on my iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

The username and password that you use to sign in with are set by TV provider. If you can't remember your sign-in information, contact your TV provider. HBO does not have access to your sign-in information.

Step 1: Sign in to your TV provider's website

Make sure you can sign in to your account on your TV provider's website.

  1. Go to your TV provider's website and sign in with the username and password for your TV provider account.
  2. If you can't sign in, contact your TV provider. If you can sign in, try the next step.

Step 2: Delete and reinstall HBO GO

  1. Delete the HBO GO app from your iOS device.
  2. Turn off your device, wait a moment and then turn it back on again. 
  3. Open the App Store and install the HBO GO app.
  4. Open HBO GO and try signing in again.

Step 3: Clear the Safari browser cache

  1. On your iOS device, go to Settings > Safari.
  2. Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.
  3. Turn off your device, wait a moment and then turn it back on again.
  4. Open HBO GO and try signing in again.
