Can't sign in to HBO GO on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

You sign in to HBO GO using the username and password for your TV provider account. If you can't remember or don't know your sign-in information, contact your TV provider

Note  If you get the 'Sorry, [TV provider] Doesn't Support HBO GO. Do you want to sign in with another TV provider?' message, choose Yes and then select your TV provider from the list. For more info, see Signing in to HBO GO on iOS.

Step 1: Sign in to your TV provider's website

Make sure you can sign in to your account on your TV provider's website.

  1. Go to your TV provider's website and sign in with the username and password for your TV provider account.
  2. If you can't sign in, contact your TV provider. If you can sign to your TV provider's website, try the next step.

Step 2: Delete and reinstall HBO GO

  1. Delete the HBO GO app from your iOS device. To find out how, please see Delete an app.
  2. Open the App Store and install the HBO GO app.
  3. Open HBO GO and try signing in again.

Step 3: Clear the mobile Safari browser cache

  1. On your iOS device, go to Settings > Safari.
  2. Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.
  3. Turn off your device, wait a moment and then turn it back on again.
  4. Open HBO GO and try signing in again.
