What to do if you think your account has been compromised
You sign in to HBO GO using the username and password for your TV provider account. If you think your TV provider account has been compromised, we suggest changing your TV provider password and signing out of HBO GO on all devices. Here's how:
Step 1: Change your TV provider password
You can change or reset your password through your TV provider's website or customer support center. If you have trouble changing the password for your TV provider account, contact your TV provider. HBO does not have access to your sign-in information.
Step 2: Sign out of HBO GO on all devices
Once you have changed your password, you can sign out of HBO GO on all devices. To find out how, see How do I remotely sign out?
