I can't activate a device using my computer. What should I do?
If you're having trouble activating a device using your computer, try the following:
- Clear your browser's cache. To find out how to do this, search your browser's help for "clear cache".
- Go to HBOGO.com and click Sign In (make sure you're not browsing in an incognito or private browser).
- Enter the username and password for your TV provider. If you don't know your username and password or can't sign in, contact your TV provider.
- Once signed in, open a new browser tab or window and go to HBOGO.com/activate.
- Try to activate your device again. For step-by-step activation instructions, see Activate Your Devices.
If you continue to experience activation issues, try using another browser (e.g. FireFox, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari). For a list of supported browsers, see Minimum requirements for HBOGO.com.
