I can't activate a device using my computer. What should I do?
If you're having trouble signing in or activating a device using your computer, try the following:
- Clear your browser's cache. To find out how to do this, search your browser's help for "clear cache".
- Go to HBOGO.com and choose Sign In in the upper-right corner (make sure you're not browsing in an incognito or private browser).
- Choose your TV provider and when prompted, sign in to your TV provider account. If you can't remember the sign-in information for your TV provider account, contact your TV provider.
- Once signed in, open a new browser tab or window and try the activation steps again.
If you continue to experience activation issues, try using another browser (e.g. FireFox, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari). For a list of supported browsers, see Minimum requirements for HBOGO.com.
