I can't activate a device using my computer. What should I do?

If you're having trouble signing in or activating a device using your computer, try the following:

  1. Clear your browser's cache. To find out how to do this, search your browser's help for "clear cache".
  2. Go to HBOGO.com and choose Sign In in the upper-right corner (make sure you're not browsing in an incognito or private browser).
  3. Choose your TV provider and when prompted, sign in to your TV provider account. If you can't remember the sign-in information for your TV provider account, contact your TV provider.
  4. Once signed in, open a new browser tab or window and try the activation steps again
