I can't activate a device using my computer. What should I do?

If you're having trouble activating a device using your computer, try the following:

  1. Clear your browser's cache. To find out how to do this, search your browser's help for "clear cache".
  2. Go to HBOGO.com and click Sign In (make sure you're not browsing in an incognito or private browser).
  3. Enter the username and password for your TV provider. If you don't know your username and password or can't sign in, contact your TV provider.
  4. Once signed in, open a new browser tab or window and go to HBOGO.com/activate.
