Trouble signing in to Roku
If you're having difficulty signing in to HBO GO on your Roku player, try the following steps:
Step 1: Uninstall/Reinstall HBO GO, check for updates, and restart
- From the Home Screen, find and highlight HBO GO, then press the * button on your remote and select Remove channel.
- From the Roku Home screen, choose Settings > System > System update > Check now. Install any new updates.
- From the Roku Home screen, choose Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
- From the Home screen, go to Streaming Channels and find the HBO GO channel. Then select HBO GO and select Add channel.
Now try signing in to HBO GO on Roku again. If you still can't sign in, move onto the next step.
Step 2: Reset your Roku
