Using HBO GO on multiple devices

Your HBO subscription applies to your household, so you can share your username and password with members of your household, who can sign into HBO GO on multiple devices and stream content simultaneously. Your TV provider might support sub-accounts, which make it easy for members of the same household to share HBO GO. For more information, see Using sub-accounts in HBO GO.

Your sign-in credentials shouldn't be shared with anyone outside your household. For security reasons, the number of simultaneous streams is limited. If there are too many streams happening at once from your account, you'll get a simultaneous streams message. For more information, see Error message: "Too many simultaneous streams".

If you're having trouble signing in, see How do I sign in to HBO GO? Or if you don't know your sign-in information, please contact your TV provider
