I switched TV providers and now I can't sign in to HBO GO
If you've switched TV providers, you'll need to create a new HBO GO profile with a new HBO GO ID. Here's how:
Step 1: Choose another provider
- Do one of the following:
- Computer: Go to HBOGO.com and in the upper-right corner, choose Sign In. Below the TV provider sign in window, choose Select a different provider.
- Mobile: Open the HBO GO app and tap Sign In. At the bottom of the screen, tap Choose Provider.
Step 2: Complete your HBO GO registration
- Enter a new HBO GO ID; this is a unique name for your HBO GO profile. It must be between 3-14 characters and can't include spaces or special characters.
- Enter your email address and ZIP code.
- Choose Save.
